**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday

**Job Overview**:
We are a well-established **preschool and daycare center in Rohini, Delhi**, currently seeking dynamic, confident, and English-fluent **telecallers (male or female)** to focus on **sales franchise development**, admissions, handling inquiries, and structured follow-ups.

This role is best suited for individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Promote and sell preschool franchise opportunities** to potential partners across targeted regions
- Make **outbound calls** to prospective franchise buyers, parents, and guardians
- Explain franchise model, investment plans, and growth opportunities
- Handle **incoming calls and inquiries** related to franchise and admissions
- Maintain and update CRM database with lead information and follow-up status
- Assist in **coordination of promotional campaigns**, seminars, and franchise expos
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for **calls, leads, and conversions**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in telecalling/sales/customer support (franchise/education sector preferred)
- **Excellent spoken and written English**:

- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using basic **computer tools** (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software)
- Professional attitude and **sales-oriented mindset**
