**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Handle inbound inquiries** from potential franchisees, providing detailed information about our franchise model and offerings.
- **Make outbound calls** to leads generated via marketing campaigns, events, or references.
- Educate prospects about the SK Education franchise opportunity, benefits, and return on investment.
- Maintain an updated database of leads and track all interactions in the CRM.
- Support and guide selected franchisees through the onboarding and setup process.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, training) for smooth execution.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any stream; education or sales background preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in telesales, inbound/outbound calling, or franchise sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
