We are looking for young, performance-driven folks wanting to be a part of India's happiest franchise brand. The role would involve a significant amount of tele-calling prospects and also have some requirements for face-to-face meetings with qualified prospects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Diligently call up the franchise leads assigned in the CRM.
- Follow up with the leads, share proposals, ams walk them through the business model of mr. blue.
- Align meetings of Senior team members with interested leads.
- Work with the team on converting the serious prospects into franchise.
- Adhere to sales targets and overachieve them.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Actively maintain CRM and prepare for reviews.

**Salary**: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sector 5, Gurgaon, Gurgaon - 122001, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Franchise Sales: 2 years (required)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
