Role & responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities
- Build and expand the franchise network across target regions, potentially covering PANIndia.
- Lead a team (if applicable) to drive sales in terms of both number of franchises and revenue.
- Monitor daily sales metrics, manage claims and expenses of cognitive franchise associates (CFA) or sales staff.
- Conduct market visits and meetings to understand local dynamics and support onboarding.
- Act as a profit center headdrive sales revenue and manage budgets

- Execute sales strategies to attract new franchisees.
- Manage a franchise sales pipeline and maintain accurate records.
- Present to prospective franchisees, negotiate agreements, and support their onboarding process.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and legal teams for smooth execution.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to franchise partners.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: Preferred minimum of 2years in franchise sales, business development, or related sales roles.
- Essential Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
- Leadership and teammentorship experience.
- Targetoriented with a proven track record.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Analytical mindset, with ability to monitor market trends and adjust strategies.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Familiarity with franchise contracts and legal documentation is a plus.
