**Job Description: 0-3 Years**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
- Provide information about products and services and guide customers through various processes
- Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or appropriate departments when necessary
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, eNPS, resolution time, customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on product knowledge and any changes in company policies or procedures

**Applicant’s Specifications & Qualification**:

- Any Undergraduate or Graduate with prior experience or freshers with good communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service chat process would be preferred
- Should be Impeccable in Communication Skills (written/verbal)
- Should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts 5 days a week with rotational work offs
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/chats and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using chat software and CRM systems
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of web-based technologies and troubleshooting
- Positive attitude and strong dedication to customer resolution
- Ability to remain calm and professional

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
