**Shift**: US-Based Rotational Shifts
**Working Days**: 5 Days a Week with 2 Rotational Offs

**Job Type**: 4-Month Contract (with possible extension based on performance)
**Eligibility**: HSC - Freshers Welcome
**Transportation**: Home Pick & Drop Provided

**Job Profile**:
As an E-Commerce Chat Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers via chat. Your role is to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience by providing accurate and timely assistance. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through orders, returns, refunds, and product-related issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer queries via chat in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information on orders, products, delivery timelines, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and ensure proper documentation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and performance goals
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in **US rotational shifts**:

- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously and work under pressure
