We are urgent looking for Chat Associates for UK Bank.

Location
- Malad west.

Salary
- 20k-25k plus incentives plus OT

Graduate fresher OR Hsc with 1year.

*Job Title: Chat Support Agent**

*Responsibilities:*1. Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.

\2. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, using knowledge base and other resources.

3. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues.

4. Utilize chat software and tools to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.

5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including chat transcripts and issue resolutions.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

7. Meet productivity and quality targets, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

*Requirements:
*1. Excellent written communication and typing skills.

2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

3. Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.

4. Familiarity with chat software and tools.
