**Shift Timing**: UK Shift, 12:30 PM to 2:00 AM

**Working Days**: 5 days a week

**Rotational Offs**: 2 rotational offs

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Chat Associates in a pure chat process. This position is open exclusively for fresh graduates who are looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers via chat to provide support, answer queries, and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Utilize company resources and knowledge base to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service orientation in all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Graduates from any discipline are eligible to apply.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in UK shift timings (12:30 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
