- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Resolve issues and provide information to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues
- Stay up to date on product information and company policies
- Help customers get started with products and demonstrate how to use them
- Work to improve customer satisfaction and chat support processes

Skills and requirements
- Ability to manage multiple conversations at once
- Ability to respond quickly and efficiently
- Ability to provide concise information to customers
- Knowledge of company policies and product information

Team lead responsibilities
- Monitor the quality and productivity of customer care professionals
- Ensure that customer care professionals follow service level agreements
- Provide real-time support to customer care professionals
- Conduct coaching sessions with customer care professionals
- Escalate issues to operations managers

Pay: ₹28,000.16 - ₹30,550.89 per month
