We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Expert with a strong focus on Social Media Marketing (SMM) to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies across various social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns with a primary focus on social media channels.
- Create and manage social media content calendars, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with the target audience.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify audience demographics, preferences, and trends for effective targeting.
- Develop engaging and shareable social media content, including text, image, and video-based assets.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices to drive innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and analysts, to achieve marketing goals.
- Identify and implement strategies to increase brand visibility, reach, and engagement through social media platforms.
- Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation management on various platforms.
- Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends to maximize campaign effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Expert with a focus on Social Media Marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficient in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and impactful social media content.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
