**Social Media Activist**

**Location**: Kottakal, Malappuram
**Gender**: Male/Female

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Content Creation**: Create engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos, etc.) for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- **Community Engagement**: Actively engage with the audience through comments, messages, and discussions. Foster a positive and interactive community around the brand.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns focused on increasing brand awareness, advocacy, and engagement.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated with the latest trends and news in social media and digital activism. Utilize trending topics to boost engagement.
- **Brand Representation**: Represent the brand’s values and mission on social media, ensuring all posts align with the company’s voice and vision.
- **Data Analysis**: Track social media metrics (likes, shares, comments, etc.) to analyze the success of campaigns and posts, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other teams such as marketing, public relations, and design to create cohesive campaigns.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: No specific qualification required; an interest in social media, digital marketing, or activism is a plus.
- **Experience**: Any level of experience in social media management, content creation, or activism is welcome. Freshers with enthusiasm and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools.
- Ability to create engaging and creative content.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of social media trends and the ability to adapt to new digital tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Creative, proactive, and enthusiastic about using social media for advocacy.
- Good at managing time and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passionate about social causes and digital activism.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
