As a Social Media Expert at iQ-Tech, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our target audience, and drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will work closely with the marketing and communication teams to create and share compelling content across various social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to meet company objectives.

Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

Create and curate engaging, high-quality content (text, images, video) for regular social media posts.

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and suggest improvements.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

Implement social media advertising campaigns to increase brand exposure and lead generation.

Plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions. Stay up-to-date with Google Ads best practices.

Respond to social media comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Engage with the online community, answer questions, and build relationships with followers.

Plan and manage paid social media campaigns, including but not limited to Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads. Optimize ad performance to achieve set objectives.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing strategies.

Manage and track social media budgets and expenditures.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging social media tools and platforms.

Regularly monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Social Media Expert or similar role.

Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

Strong copywriting and content creation skills.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).

Familiarity with social media advertising and analytics tools.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
