**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Creation**: Shoot and edit high-quality videos for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with the marketing and social media team to plan and develop content that aligns with the brand’s goals and audience preferences.
- **Editing**: Use video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) to create visually appealing videos, add effects, music, and transitions.
- **Platform Optimization**: Customize content for different social media platforms, ensuring it fits the platform's format and maximizes engagement.
- **Content Trends**: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and viral content, ensuring the videos align with the latest trends and audience demands.
- **Creative Input**: Provide creative ideas for videos, campaigns, and visuals to improve engagement and brand visibility.
- **Collaboration**: Work with photographers, graphic designers, and other team members to create holistic social media campaigns.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor video performance, audience engagement, and feedback, and use insights to optimize future content.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in video shooting and editing, with hands-on experience creating content specifically for social media platforms.
- **Software Skills**: Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative skills with the ability to conceptualize and produce videos that engage and entertain the audience.
- **Social Media Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and their content requirements.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail with excellent visual storytelling and editing skills.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- **Communication**: Good communication skills to understand and translate brand goals into creative content.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- A background in media, film, or communication is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is an advantage.
- Understanding of SEO and social media algorithms to optimize video content for greater reach.
