We are seeking a highly creative and talented Social Media Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a social media content strategy that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement and brand awareness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a social media content strategy that aligns with the brand's marketing objectives and resonates with the target audience.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and shareable content such as graphics, videos, animations, infographics, blog posts, and social media posts across various platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new content ideas, campaigns, and initiatives that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and support business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the performance of content, identify trends, and adjust content strategy accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand's social media presence is innovative, fresh, and effective.
- Maintain the brand's social media calendar and ensure content is delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage the brand's social media community by responding to comments and messages, addressing complaints and feedback, and fostering positive engagement.
- Collaborate with external partners such as influencers, content creators, and media outlets to amplify the brand's social media presence and reach.
- Use social media tools and analytics to track and report on the brand's social media performance and ROI.
- Adhere to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and style across all social media channels to maintain consistency and reinforce the brand's identity.

**Salary**: ₹9,309.96 - ₹23,465.73 per month
