**Job Summary**:
As a Product Executive in our Stationery Division, you will play a key role in supporting the development and management of our stationery product lines. This position requires a blend of creative thinking, analytical skills, and effective project coordination. You will work closely with the Product Development Manager and other team members to ensure that our products are innovative, competitively priced, and meet the market needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ø Assist in the development and implementation of new products from concept to launch.

Ø Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and marketing teams to ensure project timelines are met.

Ø Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.

Ø Support the management of the product lifecycle, including updates and enhancements to existing products.

Ø Help prepare product presentations and business cases for management and external stakeholders.

Ø Maintain detailed product documentation and specifications.

Ø Monitor inventory levels and production schedules to ensure product availability.

Ø Assist in quality control processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Product Design, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in product management or development, preferably in the stationery or consumer goods industry.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in data analysis and comfortable using market research tools.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and materials pertinent to stationery products.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with design and productivity software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office).
- Keen eye for detail and a good sense of design and aesthetics.
- Enthusiasm for stationery products and industry trends.
