Navneet Education Limited is a leading education and stationery brand in India, catering to the needs of students, teachers, and institutions. We're expanding our lifestyle and accessories segment under the stationery vertical and looking for creative design minds to join our team.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the conceptualization and development of new lifestyle/accessory products under the stationery brand.
- Support senior designers in creating sketches, CAD models, and mock-ups.
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturing teams to understand production feasibility and constraints.
- Conduct market and trend research to support design directions.
- Assist in preparing presentations and design documentation.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
- Support in quality checks of samples and prototypes.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field (or final-year students/interns).
- 6 months to 1 year of internship or professional experience in a similar role.
- Strong interest in lifestyle, stationery, or accessory design.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials (plastics, metals, fabrics, etc.).
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks, Rhino, or Fusion 360.
- Good sketching and visualization skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a user-centered design approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
