**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and breads
- Design and execute seasonal dessert menus and custom creations
- Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality
- Monitor ingredient stocks and place orders as needed
- Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices
- Supervise and train junior pastry staff or assistants
- Collaborate with chefs and front-of-house staff for smooth service

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or relevant role
- Culinary degree or certification in pastry arts is preferred
- Deep knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and plating
- Creativity and a strong eye for aesthetics and detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
