**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and present a variety of high-quality baked goods, pastries, and desserts.
- Design and develop new pastry recipes and seasonal dessert menus.
- Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation of pastry items.
- Manage inventory, order ingredients, and ensure proper storage.
- Oversee the pastry section's day-to-day operations, including prep work and execution.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in pastry techniques and standards.
- Monitor and minimize waste to optimize kitchen efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry equipment, and ingredient combinations.
- Creativity in recipe development and dessert presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
