**Job Summary**:
**Nitzana** is seeking a creative and skilled Pastry Chef to join our team. Our focus is on providing healthy and delicious baked goods to our customers. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked items, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and healthiness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and Bake: Create a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods using healthy ingredients and techniques.
- Recipe Development: Develop and refine recipes, incorporating seasonal and nutritious ingredients.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all baked goods meet Nitzana’s standards for taste, presentation, and nutritional value.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory of baking supplies, order ingredients, and ensure mínimal waste while maintaining freshness and quality.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and maintain a positive work environment.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure that the baking area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with customers, taking special orders and providing information about our products.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Creativity and innovation in pastry creation, with a focus on healthy recipes.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a busy kitchen environment.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
