**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviews, selection, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Draft and publish compelling job descriptions across multiple platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles through proactive sourcing.
- Stay updated on hiring trends and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare analytical hiring reports and present them to management.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with strong interest may apply).
- Knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Experience hiring across functions — tech, operations, sales, or support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and deliver within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation.

**Preferred Qualities**
- Prior experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Exposure to employer branding or campus hiring initiatives.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on execution style.
- Passion for people, culture, and building high-performing teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
