**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle customer inquiries, grievances, and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records and order information in the database.
- Provide administrative support to the office manager and other departments as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary supplies are ordered and stocked.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of company events and meetings.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects as required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
