**Location**: Mumbai

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and update sales data in CRM systems (Salesforce) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks including order processing, contract management, and documentation.
- Track, monitor, and report sales performance metrics to management.
- Collaborate with finance teams to handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts, budgeting, and pipeline analysis.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth sales operations and timely client deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and financial processes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in **CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)**.
- Strong knowledge of **sales operations and finance-related activities**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience working with IT/Analytics/Technology sales teams.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
