**Profile - Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive**

**Location: Vasai East, Mumbai**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Support & Coordination**:
- Assist the sales team in processing orders for spare parts and services.
- Track and update customer orders, in files to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Liaise with the production and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and timely dispatch.
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, and lead times.
- Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and follow up on payments as required**.**
**2. Customer Service & Communication**:
- Address customer inquiries regarding spare parts, service requests, and delivery schedules.
- Handle complaints or issues related to spare parts and service, escalating as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate service appointments and installations as per customer requirements.
**3. Order Processing & Documentation**:
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Prepare service reports, purchase orders for machines & spares, & update the spares order, and relevant documentation.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding spare parts and services.
**4. Coordination with Other Departments**:
- Work closely with other departments such as production, purchase, accounts etc. to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Assist in tracking related documentation, warranties, and contracts.
**5. Sales & Service Reporting**:
- Assist in preparing reports on sales, service performance, and customer feedback.
- Track service-related metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are being met.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Experience: 2-5 years in a sales coordination or service-related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, spare parts, and after-sales services.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & marathi
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-Solving: soft skills to address customer issues and coordinate solutions efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: proficient with MS Office is compulsory. Familiarity with CRM software, and ERP systems.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest product offerings, technical specifications, and industry trends in machine spares. Provide advice on the selection of appropriate spare parts based to customer as per requirements
**Additional Competencies**:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Team-oriented but also capable of working independently.
- Knowledge of basic sales principles and practices.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position, office-based with occasional travel required for client visits and site meetings.
- Flexible working hours, depending on customer needs and project timelines.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
