Position Summary:
- The Sales Administration / MIS / CRM Manager will oversee the backend
operations of the sales team. This role ensures the accuracy of sales data,
optimizes the CRM system, and drives insights to support sales targets. The
ensuring alignment and efficient workflows.
▪ Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage CRM tools to ensure accurate and updated client data.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, including sales performance, client potential,
and revenue trends.
- Create a client qualification form and integrate it into the business development
process.
- Support the sales team by providing actionable insights from data analysis.
- Drive process discipline within the sales team by tracking lead management,
follow-ups, and closures.
- Coordinate with BD, client servicing, and operations teams to ensure seamless
communication.
- Streamline reporting structures for sales performance tracking (weekly,
monthly).
- Monitor and forecast sales pipelines to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Develop training sessions for the sales team on effective CRM usage.
- Provide administrative support to sales by handling data updates, agreements,
and contracts.
- Develop and implement a monthly Sales dashboard to track key metrics like
sales funnel with its stages and upcoming closure as well as lost business.
- Daily Reporting to Director
▪ Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or sales
administration.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong data analysis skills, with expertise in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Mindset of getting work done
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with the sales team and other
departments.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes is a plus.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
