**Designation: Team Leader - Sales Admin**
**Location: Lower Parel**

**Key responsibilities**:
1. Lead and manage a team of sales administrators, including hiring, training, and providing ongoing coaching and development
.2. Set clear goals and targets for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded.
3. Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks related to sales, such as order processing, dataentry, inventory management, and sales reporting.
4. Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas of improvementand implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
5. Develop and implement sales administration policies, procedures, and best practices tostreamline operations and improve overall effectiveness.
6. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and customer service, toensure seamless coordination and alignment of administrative activities.
7. Provide guidance and support to sales administrators in resolving customer inquiries, orderdiscrepancies, and other administrative issues.
8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drivecontinuous improvement.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identifypotential risks and opportunities.
10. Foster a positive and motivating work environment that promotes teamwork,collaboration, and high-performance culture.
11. Prepare and present regular reports on sales administration activities, performance, andachievements to senior management.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in sales administration or a related role, with a track record ofsuccessfully leading and managing a team.
2. Strong knowledge of sales processes, administrative procedures, and best practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members,clients, and other stakeholders
.4. Proficient in using sales management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
7. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
8. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
