A sales administrator's job is to ensure sales operations run smoothly and efficiently. Their duties include:
- **Processing orders**: Taking and processing customer orders and payments, and ensuring orders and invoices are accurate
- **After-sales support**: Providing after-sales support to customers
- **Sales data management**: Managing sales data, updating customer records, and developing monthly sales reports
- **Coordination**: Coordinating with sales teams and providing phone support for the sales and customer service team
- **Credit checks**: Performing credit checks and raising invoices
- **Stock and supplies**: Checking stock and re-ordering supplies
- **Deliveries**: Organizing deliveries
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
