**We’re Hiring - Sales Admin (Global Accounts)**
**Location**: Andheri East, Mumbai

We’re hiring for our reputed client **Ajanta Pharma**, based in Mumbai, through **Sahaj Pharma Consultancy**, for the following roles:
**Open Positions**:

- Executive - Sales Admin (2-3 years experience)
- Sr. Executive - Sales Admin (3-5 years experience)

**Role Overview**:

- Checking of IBM Expenses / Branch office in portal and processing the payment
- Checking the authentication of supporting documents submitted along with the expenses
- Checking of hardcopies of the expenses and their supporting documents
- Submission of Bills through SAP and ensuring timely reimbursement
- Maintain proper updates of the expenses received and reimbursed
- Coordination with IBMs for expenses-related queries and compliances
- Maintaining proper statements of advances available with IBMs
- Reimbursement of Trade Scheme expenses for all franco countries
