**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and charismatic Field Marketing Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to introduce and establish free partnerships with small business owners by offering our QuickBite Cart and free supplies. This position involves building relationships, strategic pitching, and ensuring successful partnerships that enhance the businesses’ revenue streams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach small shopkeepers, restaurants, and other potential businesses to introduce and establish free partnerships by giving away our QuickBite Cart and supplies.
- Present and pitch the benefits of partnering with PeakMySale, emphasizing the risk-free nature, the free partnership, and the upfront signing bonus.
- Achieve a minimum target of 80 successful partnerships per month within a 25-day working period.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful partnerships and continued collaboration.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Keep accurate records of partnership activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective marketing strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Utilize guidelines, briefings, scripts, training, and manage potential objections to effectively facilitate the partnership process.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in a similar field.
- Fluent in Hindi and English; proficiency in Marathi is an added advantage.
- Pleasing personality with excellent presentation and pitching skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel as required.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Commission-based salary with a base target of 80 successful partnerships per month, which is easily achievable.
- Salary of upto ₹30,000 upon reaching the target.
- Additional bonus of ₹10,000 for exceeding the monthly target or Reward
- Travel compensation of ₹2,000 per month.
