Remote, India Reveation Labs Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze government RFP requirements, and scope of work and develop proposals that meet client needs
- Actively participate in the development of technical, management, and pricing strategies for each bid
- Review and provide input to win themes, discriminators, and graphics for proposal development
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure proposal solutions align with client expectations
- Prepare detailed project schedules and resource allocation plans
- Execute targeted follow-ups to agencies in order to confirm that the proposal submitted met client expectations and answer any queries
- Assists in finding, entering, editing and managing critical data on opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in drafting and submitting successful proposals, preferably in the Gardening/Horticulture service sector
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Highly organized and able to maintain a calendar of upcoming bid opportunities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes
- Proven experience in developing solutions for complex requirements, with a focus on attention to detail
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Flexibility to work overtime to meet proposal submission deadlines
- Must work in night shift
