**About the Role**:
- The individual will perform bid related administrative and general duties in support of delivering bids while meeting deadlines.
- Work closely with the CEO to understand the proposal needs and propose bids accordingly
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that bid documents follow standard formatting and quality standards.
- Consolidate sections and/or documents developed by the bid team members into the required submission format.
- Reading through RFPs, RFQs and ITTs to identify key requirements. Create and maintain master document sets. Ensure consistent branding for all company specific documents.
- Carrying out the tender production process: converting documents into Adobe PDF, printing and binding the final document.
RFPs, RFQs and ITTs
- Respond to technical questions in Requests for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and Request for Quote (RFQ) documents (RFxs):
- Participate in the evaluation of RFxs for TTEC fit, especially from a technology solution fit standpoint.
- Use the current proposal management tool to automate the response process, track responses, and complete work assigned by Proposal Coordinator
- Help maintain the content library by reviewing/editing responses and adding new question/answer pairs, as needed, for the technical response domains.
- Preparation of presentations for pitches and client meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly / monthly information to provide accurate and up to date information for the management team.

**Essential skills**:
- Previous experience within a similar position Work experience in the professional services sector is preferred, IT sector is desirable.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience as a bid writer supporting various industries.
- Confident in managing tender portals Highly proficient in the MS Office suite Excellent communication and writing. Ability to prioritise when dealing with multiple deadlines and deliverables.
- Strong written English language skills. A high attention to detail with an excellent editing and proofing ability. Excellent literacy skills, with an extensive vocabulary. Deadline driven with effective time management skills. Thrive in a busy environment. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Experience in bid management. Demonstrable effective bid writing skills. Ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels in an organisation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence and negotiate at all levels both internally and externally. Educated to an A level standard, or equivalent.
- You may be required to work late on occasions to ensure deadlines for submissions are met.
