Position: Administrative Assistant (Female)
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
**Salary**: Up to ₹4 LPA
Language: Kannada Speaking - Mandatory
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the Centre of Administration for the Whitefield office.
Manage and monitor housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of office premises.
Maintain office decorum, discipline, and visitor protocols.
Oversee security arrangements and coordinate with the security team.
Make necessary travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and guests.
Maintain attendance records of office staff.
Handle general office administrative tasks and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Coordinate with other departments as required.
**Requirements**:
Proficiency in Kannada (mandatory) and English communication.
Prior experience in Administration/Office Management is desirable.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Should be from Bangalore or willing to commute to Whitefield Office daily.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
