Manage and develop strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Understand client goals and objectives to provide customized solutions and recommendations.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to meet client expectations.
- Prepare and present account performance reports, metrics, and updates to clients and management.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide relevant insights to clients.
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues, maintaining a high standard of service delivery.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Tally (preferred)
