**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** Identify and develop new business opportunities with the exporters / B2B and dealer network.
**2.** Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients, distributors, and contractors.
**3.** Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs.
**4.** Present and demonstrate paint products to clients, explaining their features and benefits.
**5.** Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
**6.** Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients.
**7.** Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
**8** Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
**9**Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management
**10.** Address client queries and resolve complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.
