Job Title: Customer Support Representative (US Shift)

Working Hours: USA Time Zone (Night Shift IST)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1-3 years preferred

**Salary**: 35k - 40k per month based on experience

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent with exceptional English language skills (and the ability to speak with a US accent) to join our team and provide outstanding support to our U.S.based customers. You’ll be the voice of our brand, helping users solve problems, feel valued, and have a seamless experience with our products.

Key Responsibilities
- Resolve product-related questions, technical issues, and general inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate solutions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help the team improve product and service quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, tech, operations) to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain support KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or service roles (SaaS/tech company experience is a plus).
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones (EST/PST).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, customer-first attitude.
- Comfortable using tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar CRMs.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment for remote support.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
