**Position Overview**: As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a customer-first attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product or service-related questions, providing accurate information and troubleshooting support.
- Resolve issues promptly by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system accurately.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or relevant departments as needed.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and support procedures to provide informed assistance.
- Gather and share customer feedback with internal teams to support continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a customer support or service role preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for helping customers.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time role; may include weekends or evening shifts based on business needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,558.37 - ₹25,000.00 per month
