**Summary/Objective**
Customer success representatives picks up where sales leaves at this critical juncture. Customer Success Rep will be the bridge between the Sales team and Customer support team. They are relationship account managers that expand customer accounts, increase customer retention, solve customer issues and drive customer satisfaction.
- Customer success reps (CSRs) support the Sales team in transitioning sales prospects to loyal customers.
- They are focused on customer loyalty, building close long-term customer relationships, and proactively looking after their customers’ business, suggesting new and innovative ways to keep them succeeding with Y-Not’s products.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives
- Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
**Qualifications**
- Five years of experience in customer service/customer success position strongly preferred
- Experience working in the promotional industry and promoting value through customer experience
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Night shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Indiranagar, Bengaluru - 560038, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
