**Job Title**: Sales and Customer Engagement Executive
**Location**: Tan90 Thermal Solutions, India
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
**Working Days**: 6 days a week

We are looking for a proactive Sales and Customer Engagement Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving our sales initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Outreach**:

- Conduct cold calls to potential clients from Indiamart and other lead sources.
- Qualify and convert leads to create a pipeline of potential sales opportunities.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Build and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their needs.
- Actively follow up on leads, share product information, and address any queries.
- **Sales Development**:

- Identify opportunities to convert leads into sales by explaining product benefits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- **On-site Visits and Sales Execution**:

- Visit client locations as required to present products, understand customer requirements, and finalize deals.
- Conduct product demonstrations, answer client queries, and build trust in Tan90’s offerings.
- **Customer Support and Success**:

- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Gather customer feedback to improve products and services, promoting continuous improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Willingness to travel for on-site client visits as needed.
