One of our clients, is a fintech company specializing in robotic process automation (RPA) solutions tailored for large international corporations and global banks, with particular strength in treasury, cash management, and bank connectivity processes. They are looking for the below experts: Customer Engagement Manager Location: Chennai (Work from Office) Experience: 5–8 years Employment Type: Full-time Seeking a proactive and client-focused Customer Engagement Manager to manage relationships with our banking clients. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills to ensure seamless collaboration between Bank IT teams and client stakeholders — turning business requirements into successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between the client’s business and IT teams, ensuring clarity and alignment across all communication. Understand and interpret customer requirements to create actionable plans and drive them through to closure. Manage and nurture long-term relationships with banking customers, ensuring satisfaction and continuous engagement. Coordinate internally with technical, product, and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions to strengthen engagement and trust. Facilitate meetings, requirement workshops, and progress reviews with stakeholders. Track deliverables, timelines, and SLAs to ensure all commitments are met. Requirements: 5–8 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in banking or fintech domains. Proven ability to manage and translate business requirements into actionable IT deliverables. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Experience working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
