Vibi Software Solutions, a leading software development company based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused telecaller to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for customer engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Vibi Software Solutions’ services and offerings.
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable services or solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Address client queries and assist in setting up meetings with the sales team.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Ability to handle rejection with resilience and stay motivated.
- Basic knowledge of software and IT solutions is a plus.
