Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Engagement Executive located in Madurai. The responsibilities include managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction, working closely with clients to address their needs, and providing consultative support. You will also handle account management tasks, foster long-term relationships, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets through effective communication and collaboration with the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Engagement and a strong focus on driving Customer Satisfaction.
  • Experience in Account Management, including nurturing client relationships and providing excellent service.
  • Knowledge and expertise in Sales and Consulting to support and guide clients effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Problem-solving and organizational abilities to handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and technology is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
