Role: Customer Success ManagerExperience: 5 to 7 yearsLocation: Chennai (40–50% travel to Riyadh)Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Customer Success Manager with a strong background in data, analytics, or AI-driven platforms. In this role, you will act as the bridge between enterprise clients and Crayon’s AI agentic solutions translating business problems into actionable data insights and ensuring adoption of maya.ai across customer ecosystems.You’ll work closely with clients in Riyadh and other regions, managing relationships, delivering measurable business impact, and driving continuous value realization. This could be for Crayon platforms or for a solution we have built for the Client.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with client teams to understand business goals and identify opportunities to deploy AI-driven personalization and analytics solutions.Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to drive agentic workflows and client-specific data models.Lead client workshops and presentations, converting analytical outputs into actionable business strategies.Monitor and optimize adoption metrics, ensuring measurable ROI and value delivery for every deployment.Act as the voice of the customer, influencing product and AI roadmap priorities.Identify opportunities for upsell, renewal, and expansion, focusing on long-term strategic growth.Build deep relationships with decision-makers across client organizations, positioning Crayon as a trusted AI partner.Travel to client sites (40–50%) for workshops, reviews, and strategic planning sessions.Skills & Experience5–7 years in customer success, data analytics, or AI-driven solution delivery roles.Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret complex datasets and business KPIs.Proven experience working with enterprise clients in banking, fintechExcellent communication and storytelling skills for executive presentations.Hands-on ability to query and analyze data using SQL and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for insights-driven storytelling.Knowledge of analytical or machine learning models and their real-world applications.Why Crayon?Work at the intersection of AI, data, and customer experience.Collaborate with a global team shaping the future of personalization.Experience international exposure through client engagement in the Middle East.Be part of a company recognized for its innovation, culture, and purpose-driven mission.
