Sales Executive

**Job Type: [Full-Time]**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets for coding and robotics classes.
- Manage and nurture leads generated from advertising campaigns, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities both in India and abroad.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales reports, analyzing trends and making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate educational solutions.
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers, encouraging renewals and long-term engagement.
- Attend industry events and workshops to stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the EdTech sector or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the educational landscape and current trends in coding and robotics education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuasively convey the value of our offerings to potential clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts effectively, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about lead generation and sales tactics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferable). Skill matters, not the degree
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
