Customer Sales Executive – Wheat Bakes

Location: T. Nagar, Chennai

About Us:

Wheat Bakes is a premium bakery brand offering healthy and delicious baked products. As part of our expansion, we are enhancing our customer engagement and online operations. We are looking for a dynamic Customer Sales Executive to handle customer interactions, online orders, and coordinate between our stores and delivery platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries, orders, and feedback received via WhatsApp, Instagram, ONDC, and phone calls.
  • Manage order confirmations, follow-ups, and delivery coordination with store teams.
  • Record and maintain daily sales reports, order tracking, and payment settlements.
  • Maintain and update customer database (repeat orders, birthdays, offers, etc.).
  • Support marketing and promotions by sending offers and announcements to customer lists.
  • Coordinate with delivery partners for custom deliveries and ensure smooth operations.
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly with empathy and professionalism.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales summaries for management review.
  • Assist in inventory or stock coordination between outlets when required.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Customer-focused, polite, and confident in handling messages and calls.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets / WhatsApp Business.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems, dashboards, or willingness to learn.
  • Organized, proactive, and reliable.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, inside sales, or office coordination preferred.
