**Position** - Customer Relation Executive

**Location** - Stylextra (Showroom) Anna Nagar, Chennai

**Salary -** Competitive, based on experience

**Experiences**: (2-5 yrs )

**Working hours** - (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM), Monday to Saturday.
- The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for providing an excellent in-showroom customer experience, assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases related to furniture, lighting, fabrics, curtains, and other interior décor products. The role requires a balance of product knowledge, customer service, and salesmanship to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty while contributing to showroom sales.
- Experience working in a furniture or home décor showroom.
- An eye for design and the ability to understand customer aesthetics.
- Knowledge of the local market in Chennai, including customer preferences and trends.

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
