Customer Relationship Executive - Job Description
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Follow up on customer calls to optimise conversions to sales.
- Upsell products and services where possible and actively work towards reaching sales targets.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Enter and update records and customer data company’s CRM tool as per company SOPs
- Respond to customer complaints immediately and efficiently. Liaise with the field team to close complaints.
- Go the extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales.
- Assist CRM in tabulating reports and analytics.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Proficiency in spoken English and Tamil
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- High school diploma; graduate degree will be a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
