Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) to Director
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the Director
- Conduct research and gather information for the Director's decision-making process
- Maintain and organize the Director's files, records, and databases
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Serve as a liaison between the Director and internal and external stakeholders
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Director.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
**Salary**: Starting salary for this position is INR 25,000 to INR 50,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
