**Your role**

As a **UX Research Coordinator **you will work closely with the UX Researchers and the Product Team to plan, recruit, and schedule potential research participants for a wide range of UX studies. The coordinator will be responsible for the recruitment of research participants for multiple projects that encompass a wide variety of products and services in preventive healthcare. You will be supporting multiple researchers at once recruiting potential research participants to ensure the success of their studies. Creative problem solving and lead generations are essential to being successful in this role.The coordinator will need to be familiar with Mixpanel/Google Analytics, Google Suite and Confluence with the ability to work with large datasets in spreadsheets. A successful research recruiting coordinator will be organized, detail-oriented with good time-management skills, and able to maintain professional and friendly participant and researcher relationships. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required, as the coordinator will be in constant communication with both participants, researchers and the product team.

**A day in the life at Innovaccer**:

- Partner with User Experience researchers at Google to identify, screen and schedule participants for user studies
- Recruit enterprise customers and participants focused on developer products (AWS, Azure, Other Cloud Applications) across North America, Europe and APAC, in a short turnaround environment
- Manage calendars, timelines, scheduling details, and logistics for multiple UX studies
- Contribute input and ideas to technical documents and user guides for internal processes, training, and product use
- Source, screen and recruit research participants for UX studies
- Partner and collaborate with UX researchers to identify key participant requirements
- Curate participants to ensure a high quality sample pool for the research
- Manage calendars, timelines, scheduling details, and logistics for multiple UX studies
- Track and analyze participant activity and document in our database
- Network with potential participants to generate new leads

**Preferred experience**:

- 1-2 years of work experience in any research / recruitment coordination / Operation / documentation
- Bachelor of Science in Human Factors preferred / Design / Psychology / or any other
- Preferred experience with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Qualtrics or similar to identify participants for studies
- Detail-oriented and ability to work independently on a variety of tasks.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience with tools: Google Docs/Forms, Airtable, Miro, Dovetail & Confluence
- High level of skill in communication and documentation
- Experience in customer support, data entry, research and/or research recruiting for a technology company
- Problem solving abilities
- Understanding of Informed Consent for participant studies, Non Disclosure Agreements and IRB Practices (Institutional Review Board)
- Ability to work with large data sets in spreadsheets
- Professional written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical skills
- Experience generating multi-quarter research plans
- Ability to define and track user
