Job Title: UX Researcher

**Job Description**:
As a UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to inform product design decisions and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of usability and user satisfaction. Your insights and recommendations will directly impact the development of our products and services.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct user research through various methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.
2. Analyze and interpret research findings to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for improving user experience.
3. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define research objectives, develop research plans, and prioritize research activities.
4. Advocate for the user throughout the product development process, ensuring that user needs are represented in design decisions.
5. Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
6. Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices in UX research to stay informed about emerging methodologies and technologies.
7. Foster a culture of user-centered design within the organization by sharing knowledge and promoting the value of UX research.

Qualifications:
1. Strong experiece as a UX Researcher with some experience in UX Design.
2. Proven experience conducting user research in a IT Product/ Services company.
3. Proficiency in a variety of research methods, including but not limited to interviews, surveys, usability testing, and persona development.
4. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
6. Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
7. Familiarity with UX design principles and methodologies is a plus.
8. A passion for understanding user behavior and creating exceptional user experiences.

**Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
