To achieve this goal, it requires great collaboration across multiple teams of Designers, Engineers, Clients, and Product Managers throughout the process—from gathering requirements, defining research goal, connecting with users & translating their needs into valuable insights for driving design decisions. Job Requirement:
8+ years of experience with User Research
Able to do comprehensive user research, and create well-formed UX analysis documents.
Conducting usability testing, user interviews, competitive analysis etc,. Consolidating finding and sharing them as structured documents.
Driven to articulate vision, inspire clients to adopt a design thinking mindset in order to decide the product strategy, roadmap, and governance.
Ability to visualize the end-to-end, holistic customer experience, identify gaps and communicate the required design solutions with valid research evidence.
Work with multiple stakeholders & cross-functional teams to decode fuzzy problems to provide effective design solutions.
Good analytical skills with excellent articulation & communication skills
Collaborate well within multiple project stakeholders.
Engage in business development, growth and scaling design businesses.
Effectively present their research, findings, derived insights, concepts & design work directly to clients at various forums.
Support clients wins for new clients by creative UX concepts and presentations to showcase design capabilities, strategically.
Knowledge of Figma
Experience and expertise in the UX design process and tools would be an advantage.
The individual should be a person of high ownership, capable of functioning independently and collaboratively as per the need of a project.
Should be a self-starter, proactive, self-motivated, able to handle work independently, and perform multiple tasks under mínimal supervision.

As a senior Service UX Researcher, you will also be a key player in strengthening the design organization by coaching & mentoring junior researchers / designers, sharing best practices, success stories, and approaching new ways of working together with your design colleagues as well as the broader organization.
