Key Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and manage the UX/design team to deliver high-quality design outputs. - Define the overall UX strategy aligned with business goals and product vision. - Drive design thinking across the organization, fostering a user-centered design culture. - Oversee user research, usability testing, and analytics to inform design decisions. - Ensure consistent, intuitive, and engaging experiences across web and mobile platforms. - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define and execute product roadmaps. - Establish and maintain a design system, UX guidelines, and best practices. - Advocate for users and ensure design solutions meet both user needs and business objectives. Requirements - 7+ years of experience in UX/Product design, with at least 23 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record of leading design teams and delivering end-to-end product experiences. - Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, design leadership, user research, and interaction design. - Deep understanding of UX principles, design systems, responsive design, and accessibility. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in consumer internet, OTT, or product-focused startups preferred. - Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution. Eligibility Criteria - Minimum 7 years of experience in UX or product design, with leadership exposure. - Experience building and managing high-performing design teams. - Strong user-centered mindset and ability to influence product decisions at senior levels.
